I'm new here!

I'm looking at getting a new MINI Cooper S Chilli but it's hard to tell what a good price would be.

Reading through some older reviews shows a price much less than what the dealer is saying so it's hard to tell if I am getting a good deal or not.

Maybe someone who has bought one recently would be willing to say how much they got it for?

Prices have gone up as standard equipment has gone up. The various packages have also changed to reflect this :)

There is a deal on at the moment where you get free chili pack if you buy a new car that is not a bespoke order (conditions apply). Add on road costs (depends where you live) and dealer delivery (a rort but usually about $2k). Then the rest is options.

Where are you based...yes there are some good offers out there at the moment.

The car would most likely be a factory order as they don't seem to have much choice available in QLD at the moment.

I'm trying to work out a ball park figure.
Would $50k AUD for a Cooper S Chilli Steptronic with Metallic Paint be around the right price or should I expect to get it cheaper?

I ordered a red Cooper S Chili manual back in June. Punch leather, PDC, alarm, bluetooth, LSD etc. Quoted price was about $54k all in. Got it (or will in a few weeks)for $50k on the road.

Just dont try the JCW seats!! They are so comfortable, and expesive $6000 a pair!!

Slightly different beast, but I just took delivery of a 2009 Clubman S Chilli.
Demonstrator, 1200klm, Astro Black, 6 speed with Tint, Roof Racks & viper stripes.
I shopped around for months and finally paid $45,500 with 34 mnths wty.
Initially I was looking for a straight MCS, but all the options I needed (reverse sensors & Bluetooth) kept blowing the budget. These are standard on the Clubman and the extra space totally won me over in the end.
Demonstrators can be a good option to get you into the car you want for the money you can afford. List price on my car would have been $56k.
