I got mine for £18 for the pair and they drilled and fitted them as I had sticky ones but wanted them screwed on. They do with or without the blue gb strip too. I went with it and I love them!! As others have said, you need to take all your documents with you too. When I come to sell the car, how do I go about it? I'm assuming I just inform the DVLA, remove the plates and then the garage/ new owner just assigns their own? The Eggman Sep 16th, 2009, 08:55 PM When you sell the car you have to pay the DVLA about £100/120 to keep your personal plates, they will then issue a new number, usually the original (so keep old plates). There is no futher charge to transfer your plates to another car. | ||
