I'd love to hear the thoughts of someone who has run 2 of the 3 or all three setups. How much of a drop from stock are the sport and JCW options? Thanks!

Simple solution is to get some coil overs! Try m7 as you're in USA :)

Stock and Sport have the same ride height ... JCW is 10mm lower.
