Hello there everyone,

I recently had an ECU tune to my MCS and i noticed the following thing.
The car is pretty strong and with very high torque and accelerates like crazy.
But in First gear when i try to accelerate hard(pedal to the medal :P) at a point around 5k rpm it suddenly looses a lot of power for some reason. Then change to second gear the gear accelerates hard again and then iaround the same RPM the same thing happens for a little less time. Third and on gears dont have this problem at all and accelerate like hell.

Could it be that there is a torque limiter or something that causes that? Any info about it? Has anyone managed to remove it and how ? :P

Thanks for your time :nice:

There is a torque limiter don't know anything about it though. I believe PTorque may be able to adjust it with their remap.

Don't have that problem with the JCW tuning kit.

The revs and power just keep going. I give in before the car does::aargh:
