Hi Guys,
My son has thrown his mini one too fast into a right hand corner in the wet and has under steered until he met with the kerb. He's hit it hard because the fuel cut off did its job and cut the fuel which was nice as it was dark by the time I got to him and I didn't know where it was located, anyway did that no problem. The problem is now with the nearside front wheel, its at an odd angle, in at the bottom and out at the top.
I've had the strut out and it doesn't seem bent, I compared it to a new one and it looks good, I've replaced the bottom arm or wishbone as they used to be called, that didn't look bent either but I was running out of ideas.
I've bought another set of wheels just to replace the one he smashed so I now have 3 spares, but even with the new bottom arm and different wheel, its still wonky !!
Any ideas? I cant see any damage to the sub frame, could it be the inner ball joint bent?
All help greatfully received
Thanks
