do not go there.

took an 05 convertible in because top wouldn't open on one side.

got car back and windows rattled, told them to fix.

got car back with one window still rattling, and scratches in the rear quarter glass.
after an argument about how they wheren't there when the car was taken in, they agreed to fix it.

got car back with a broken drivers seat.
after another argument about how it was already like that, despite me seeing the 300 pound mexican slamming my seat back when i left the car, they agreed to fix that.

got car back with one window still rattling, but didn't want to leave the car there again.

glad this was under warranty, and i didn't have to pay anything.

I am so sorry that you had this experience at our dealership. Who was your Mini advisor? Please let me know what I can do to help. If you would like to drop off your Mini to get the rattle taken care of please let me know. We have plenty of extra Bmw and Mini loaner available and I will make sure Tom, our shop foreman checks your Mini over before it is released back to you. Please give me a call when you get a chance.
