The lights on the central console on my 53 plate Mini Cooper are not working. The lights on the dash all come on other than the lighting for the radio and the background lighting behind the air-conditioning unit and switches for windows, etc.

Does anyone know if this will be a bulb or fuse and how to change the suspect part?
