I have a 07 Cooper S that has been remapped to around 215bhp (car is booked in to be dynoed very soon), however at speeds of around 60 - 80 mph, sometimes i get like a very light clicking sound and a stutter coming from the front of the car. The torque figure I have been quoted is 236lb/ft or near about. Is this too much and could it be the cause of the problem?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
