I have a brand new Mini 2010, and love it. But about 3 or 4 times in the month I've owned it, it's had a bad hesitation when accelerating from a stop. The gear engages like normal, I release the clutch, and then there's no power. anyone else had this problem?
I haven't taken it to the dealer yet, but I'm worried that it won't happen on demand.

If your MINI has ASC+T try driving for a while with it switched off. I found it fixed the issue on my '02 Cooper. Having proved what was causing it I had the ECU reset. The problem has now gone and I can run with traction control again.:)

same problem here it dose not have ASC+T also seems noise like the exaust is blower somethin like that 2010 mini new 1600 engine any one else same probs
