does any one know where we can get the chrome bumper trim in black(front and back) or can we spray the exsisting abs plastic chrome effect ones any help would be good.

You can spray your chrome trims but they will need removing and "keying" with a rub with either very fine sand paper like 1500s or ideally a rough scouring type cloth.

They will need priming and then another very light rub down before painting your colour choice.
