Hey,
Im new to this forum, so bare with me. I'm racing in the 2011 Canadian Rally Championship next season and was supposed to run the new Fiat 500, but there having some problems with the car coming into Canada. We are looking at purchasing a Mini Cooper. Whats the best model to get, obviously used, and if anyone knows where I can find a place to Convert a FWD to AWD would be great. I have had 14 years of racing in motorsport. Ive done Karting, testing touring car, and raced open wheel. Im now making my jump in Rallying. If someone can help me that would be great

What's your budget for the car itself?

Are you looking at the basic Cooper, or the turbo/supercharged Cooper S?

Our budget for the season is around $300,000 and It doesnt matter if its turbo or not, cause we will be upgrading it. The tops guys in canadian rally championship from what i heard are running 325hp

How about waiting for the WRC MINI from Prodrive?
