Having just purchased a new R56 JCW rigid intake pipe, I am wanting any advice on fitting before I do it.

I've heard mention of the O ring. Is this the one at the air box end or the turbo end?

I have just purchased an ITG ProFilter as well, so going to fit them at the same time, when the filter arrives.

Any idea's of expected power gains with this combo?
