The near side shock has gone on my girlfriends R50 Cooper. Its been making noises for a while and just recently when driving with the windo open I can really hear the noise of presurised air moving around.

I'm looking to just replace them with Bilstein OEM Complete Struts.

Are there other parts that I should also be looking to replace or is it safe enough just to replace the strut?
