Thought I would post a review of mods I have done and how they have performed over the last 7 years for anyone thinking of doing any of the following

JCW tuning package - lots of debate re value for money at the time but no regrets from me.
Alta 17% pulley
Modified JCW air intake - removed flap
X-force headers - sound is awesome
Modified JCW exhaust - see above
Unichip - highly recommended to bring all the mods together.
MTH remap - good for higher rev limiter and retarding traction control
GTT intercooler - fin on one side falling off, poor weld
GTT snoot boots - one side started to leak after 2 yrs
GTT oil catch can - works well
GTT expansion tank - lid is a pain in the ass to get off
GTT power steering reservoir - no problem
GTT oil cap - no problem
GTT dipstick - handle fell off
GTT air filter - actually provided less hp on dyno than standard JCW filter
GTT twin bearing idle pulley - no problem
Alta radiator hose kit - no problem
Alta air intake tube - no problem
Screamin deamon ignition - no problem
Nology hotwires - removed as they seemed to short out and cause power failure
Sprint Booster - huge grin factor

Eibach springs - almost too low, JCW springs seem to ride better especially on country roads.
Alta 19mm rear sway bar - brilliant should of been one of the first mods
JCW strut brace - see above
JCW brakes
TSW engine damper - not sure it does much
OS Giken clutch - removed and replaced with oem, wasnt really suitable for everyday driving
OS Giken lightened flywheel - see above
OS Giken Super Lock LSD - love it, car turns in much sharper

Aero kit - front spoiler keeps coming loose, could be result of too low ride height scraping
Colour coded arches - no problem
JCW side stripes - no problem
JCW bonnet stripes - no problem
4 x MINI spotlights - no problems restricted airflow etc
Stubby antenna - just as good reception as OEM
M7 Extreme bonnet scoop - creates an ungodly whistle from 160kmh upwards, horrible
Orciari hood scoops - no problems and look great
AMG Blitz rims
Pirelli Dragon 205/40/17
JCW centre caps
MINI valve caps - logo has fallen off them all.
Underbody neons - great w a n k factor for attracting jap ricers
Window tint
Underbonnet eyes - dont drive angry
JCW entry sills
Glove box tidy
Console storage
Aux input - loving the ipod
MINI upper guages in alta pod -ordered from USA had to rewire to work
Wood grain dash - scratches easily
Sheepskin seat covers - love it
Whalen gear knob and ebrake - looks great and feels great
Alpine PDX 5 1200W amp - standard head unit with beefed up ancillaries, make your ears bleed on full volume
MB Quart speakers - see above
Bazooka sub woofer - see above
