Doh. Just checked my Cooper after the second service and despite the air filter box having a "Lifetime Filter - do not replace" sticker on it - they have replaced it.

Oh well - should be an interesting phone call on Monday.

Oh - and they haven't topped up the engine coolant; and the front tyre pressures were down.

Filter now retrieved.
