45 minutes ago driving home and a range rover decided on the motorway to not bother using his mirrors and drive into the side of my mino gp thankfully it was low speed and i've just got a badly scratched door and wing mirror but does anyone have an idea how much it will cost to get it sorted and how long the job would take?

No idea on cost but it pains me to see that- you must be gutted. I hope it's sorted out quickly.

That's a real shame, could have been a lot worse though.
Your ok, that's the main thing, a few days in a body shop and your
baby will be as good as new. :)

Not sure if I can be doing with the hassle of insurance stuff, fighting the case and then having it on my insurance files for the next 3 years. Shouldnt go against me if I'm not at fault but i'm sure when you are asking for insurance and you tell them about it they up the price a litttle so I am thinking about just paying it and not claiming.

If he knew he did wrong get him to fork out of his pocket for the repairs......its so wrong that we will even pay out ourselves for someone elses stupidity just so our insurance dont screw us even more...:mad::mad:

thats horrible to see, but DEFIANTLY get his stupidly to pay for the damage, or at minimum, he had some intelligence to have insurance to pay for it...
