So I am the type to do all suspension first before I ever touch the motor. I haven't quite decided if that will be the strategy with my R53, but I am leaning that way still.
The more commercial "Coilovers," (H&R and Tein) are not really what I would call a coilover, but more a spring and strut combo.
I found the "Cross Coilovers," and they seem a lot nicer than either of the previous options.
now that these cars have been out a while as well as aftermarket support, does anyone have any stories good or bad with their coilovers or recommendations on a good coilover I can drive on daily, but still track? I would like fully adjustable, and am not too concerned with a brand name as long as they come with a realistic warranty.
From there I will move into other bits, one of which being the "Alta Positive Steering System," If you have any experience with that please chime in as well.
Thank you. I did do a search on some of this, but I thought I would revisit this with more specific questions.
Thanks.
