1. I have been searching around both this site, and other sources trying to figure out how to access the tracking page for WW. Does anyone know if this part of their website is down? Every time I try to go into "Trace and Track" to punch in my MCS' VIN, the website simply comes up blank. Is there some secret about accessing this area I am missing, or is the website just not letting us check on our MINI's any more?

(P.S. Though the page itself is blank, the 'name' for the site window comes up with something about an ATT Login... again confusing, as no one has said anything about needing a login or password for tracking.)

2. Does anyone know for sure (if there even is such an assurance) which carrier MINI uses to ship to the west coast of the United States?

And one more thing, my MINI has indeed been built, and is supposedly being transported to the "Port of Exit." Alas, it has said that for the past 4 days, so who knows.

UPDATE: I was able to coerce a friend in letting me use their PC briefly, and discovered WW in fact does not like Macs (which is what I have), so I was able to track my MINI and he is indeed steaming through the Atlantic as I type this. So, for all of you Mac people out there, that's why you might be having trouble tracking your MINI with WW.

I'm having the same problem WITH a PC. Where's my baby????
