We are proud to present evolve's latest exhaust offering which has been developed in conjunction with Janspeed and will be produced by them exclusively for us.
Why Janspeed?
Firstly because there is heritage between Janspeed and tuning MINI's going back to the 1960's and more recently producing one of the most popular manifolds for the R53 and being involved with the development of the exhaust for the WRC Countryman. Secondly because of their very impressive production facility based here in the UK.
After initial meetings with them it was clear we were on the same page in terms of ideas and product quality - there were just as excited as us in getting involved with the latest generation MINI. I am sure we will be collaborating on further projects in the future.
The products
1. evolve Decat Downpipe (DP) (off road use only) - RRP £149
2. evolve 200 Cell Sport Cat DP - RRP £442.98
3. evolve Cat back (DP back) exhaust (midpipe/rear silencer) with twin 90mm slash cut inward rolled tailpipes - RRP £514.45
We will be offering an initial MINI2 discount of 20% for the first 20 orders.
All products made with Stainless Steel T304. The system in 2.5" in diameter.

Our demo R56 Cooper S is currently running the full turbo back system (decat) and is producing (flywheel) 261 BHP/299 lb.ft torque with an intercooler, intake and evolve remap on our Dyno Dynamics rolling road.
Dyno results on Dynojet Rolling Road:
Base figures.................................172 BHP/181 lb.ft Torque
evolve cat DP + OEM exhaust..........179 BHP/186 lb.ft Torque
evolve cat DP + evolve exhaust.......185 BHP/192 lb.ft Torque
evolve decat + evolve exhaust........188 BHP/199 lb.ft Torque
Note: These are peak figure gains. Some gains are greater through the rev range – ie the area under the curve.
