1. Today I test drove an 07 Cooper S Auto *(the car is for my wife, and she's brain dead when it comes to driving a manual. I've tried), and when I brought the car to a stop the car had some idle droop weirdness. Basically the revs dropped to about 500 then to 1000 then back to 500 then back to regular idle or so. I was able to reproduce this by driving the car, and then just braking. When the car was stopped it would do this. This can't be normal, but is it a known problem?
2. Other questions: was the limited slip diff an option on cars with automatic transmissions?
3. Are there any cheap aftermarket bluetooth adapters that interface with the steering wheel *(I saw the one from BMW, but $600 or so is nuts. Can someone point me to a How to and what to buy for this?
4. Are there any aftermarket or oem accessories out there that are made to help mitigate the torque steer?
5. What's the difference between DTC and DSC?
6. What else do I need to watch out for when buying an R56 S? We've pretty much decided on an 07 or newer.
Ok sorry for this list, feel free to point me to related threads as I'm still getting used to the forum.
