I have a 53 plate Cooper S in Chilli Red & over the last couple of months I've noticed when I've been cleaning it that the colour of the paint on the bonnet scoop seems to be fading into more of a pinky colour, when you stand back from the car now you can definately see it looks different.
Is this common on red cars ?
I know paint on plastic & metal parts will never be or last 100% the same but it seems it have accelerated over the winter months.
I was considering getting it sparyed matt black anyway just wandered if anyone else has suffered with this
