Just fitted viper induction kit and bluefin to my younger sisters cooper for her, induction kit was abit of a ball ache but got there. She also has spark plugs too fit but ive said im not doing that, as the car is now remapped I guess will she need to run on super unleaded like I do?

I believe she is also planning on buying a milltek cat back system once payday comes around, will the bluefin need updating or battery disconnecting too learn this or will the ECU learn this itself?

Regular unleaded should still be fine. As far as I'm aware, even with the Bluefin, the ECU should adjust itself in accordance with mods such as exhaust etc. :)
