so my engine has gone pop! aaaahhhhh :frown: on the good side i purchased a quite rare low milage jcw engine bar supercharger ;) luckily i have i reduced pulley on my supercharger. just gathering sevice items to help mechanic with the engine swap. was looking at the air filters /box's as mine is standard... want to upgrade, fun part.....looking at the dave.f air box, dinian and JCW they all look similar. want to make my own can anyone share information on what universal air filter would do the job so i can start my we quest :) cheers guys

K&N or ITG will probably have a filter to fit.

TBH I've seen the std air filter in the Cooper S make up to 240 bhp and 104mph in the 1/4...........if you want the sound then the Dave F is a nice unit and is the one I would go for.

i think i will just use a pipercross or k&n panel filter, ive bought a set denso ik22 spark plugs aswell, once recieved i read other numbes on the we box, do these matter? or do all ik22's work?
