Hello All,
Well as the title says really! I am taking the plunge after owning 4 MCS's to an R56 factory JCW, I have been lucky enough to find one at a decent price with a great spec. I was going to buy a BMW but the MINI somehow won me over - again!
I am concerned however with how much I will need to spend in the general service of the car. I know exactly how much putting the usual tyres, brake wipers, bulbs etc would cost me on the S but i'm quite frightened with the bills I will get with a JCW, for a start the brakes are bigger so obviously I know they will cost more!
I'm a main dealer freak so I will not take my car to any ol' garage for any type of service unless its a BMW/MINI place so I know things will be expensive.
Can anyone share their experiences with keeping their JCW on the road? Im especially keen to hear from those who moved up from the Cooper S like me.
