Whats the best one to get. I want to use iphone as navigator and want it to be in a position where i dont have to take eyes off the road to see the instructions. I also want the charger cable to be as less hanging as possible.
I was thinking about a dasboard mount but mini's dadhboard is a bit weird. Has any1 used a dash mount. Does it leave any sticky residue on the dashboard. Any other alternatives?? I tried the cup holder stand but i have to take eyes off the road to see instructions

Hi there,
I don't have an iphone 4 personally, but I'd go for a Cravenspeed mount:-
MINI Smart Phone Mounting Kit - CravenSpeed Online (http://www.cravenspeed.com/products/MINI-Smart-Phone-Mounting-Kit.html)
Lohen are their agent in the UK:-
Lohen.co.uk - Track & Fast Road Performance for your New Mini - Home (http://www.lohen.co.uk/home.html)
Hope this helps?

I use the Tom Tom kit for my 3GS (and new 4).
It charges perfectly and I had the power cord plumbed in so it's out of the way.
The Tom Tom kit also enhances the GPS feature on the phone.
It's spendy at £99 but well worth it.

Hello - I am also looking for a mount for my iPhone 3GS, the Craven looked good - anyone installed it? Want to know if a gal can do it on her own or if the SFAR is bad. Additionally, I have the iPod / USB adapter - the Y cable length is a joke - any extension options?
