So today as i was wondering back to my car through sainsbury's car park a black R50 Cooper drove past me, it had a white roof and white bonnet stripes Nothing unusual about that.
But what it also had was a white side stripe along the length of the car with the classic Cooper laurel at the end just like the classic Minis.

This is the first time i've ever seen such a thing done and i have to say it stunned me with its beauty, it looked absolutely fantastic. Has anybody ever seen this done before? it had to be custom made since an original decal wouldn't have been long enough.
i'm very interested in how this was done so any info would be greatly appreciated guys.

Yeah i do quite like the lower side stripes have even considered getting a pair once, but this black and white Cooper looked sooooo nice :D

Well today i've had some fantastic luck in my quest to find these stripes, firstly i managed to find a (the) website that sells them:

Then in desperation i returned to Sainsury's in the vague hope that the car i saw may have returned, unsuprisingly it hadn't.
However 5 minuits down the road i couldn't believe my eyes when i saw it driving towards me in the opposite direction! So there was nothing else for it, i flew round the nearest roundabout and set off in hot pursuit, i took the gamble it may have gone back to Sainsbury's, searched the car park, and unbelievably this is what i found:

Not the best pics but you get the idea, i'm seriously considering getting these on my Chili red Cooper. Opinions?

Hi I have them on my cooper too. at the start of the year I emailed sticker central about getting them made up for me. 5 days later they were up on the website ready to buy :-D

Theirs a pic of my cooper in modern mini in the letters section last months issue I think it was.
I still have all the emails I sent ect to sticker central

Im glad that other people like the decals too. I try'd for ages to find them then just on the off chance I sent SC a email asking about it .
