So had the car a couple of weeks and its great, but now I have noticed the headlight washers dont work.

I have turned the lights on, 3 or 4 long squirts, and the mechanism doesnt even come out of the headlights.

Am i doing something wrong, anyone give me help, are they on a fuse/relay?.

Yes there is water in both washer bottles.

Dunno anything about 1st gen cars but on both my Clubman and the replacement Countryman the headlight washers worked/work periodically with the screen washers whenever the lights AND the screen wipers are on. (I.E. not every time, so this may not be a fault.)
