So how I randomly play ALL the tracks on my usb stick? Whenever I select random it just plays the tracks in whatever album is currently playing.

Select 'Genre', then 'All'. Then if you put it on RND, it will play randomly from the whole lot.

hmmm - tried that, and tried all artists, all albums etc and then selecting RANDOM but it just sticks to the one album until I manually change to another album.

What build month 2011?

It was delivered at the end of March 2011 so build in Feb/March I guess.

What is happening is that as soon as I select Random from an album, then it is still selected when I go into all genres or all artists etc. I can deselect it then select it again but the behaviour stays the same, i.e only the tracks in a single album are played randomly

Sorted it - go into PLAYLISTS and select random from there
