Hi All,

Yesterday I bought a 1st Generation Cooper S :D, although I am yet to have it in my possesion due to the seller having to take his private plate off of it.

After having a quick look on ebay for accessories I came across a supposed (up to) 22% fuel saver that is as far as i know, 2 magnets that attach on to the fuel inlet just before the injectors to polarise the fuel cells. Just wondering if anyone had any knowledge on this product and whether it worked or affected performance in anyway as this could be a possible purchase.

P.S I know I must sound boring because I have just purchased a hot hatch and the first thing I want to discuss is fuel saving but this is definitely not true :wink:

lol this was INFAMOUS in the 80's in Aus where Peter Brock wanted to fit this to his race car and to the road cars they were producing out of the Holden Dealer Team after market tuning house. What miniac said :)
