No turning the ASC off will not use more petrol! Hope this helps.

As above. The ASC is a form of traction control that cuts the power when grip is lost. So, in normal driving, you're unlikely to see any difference in mpg usage and if you regularly go over the limit of grip, you may find turning ASC off increases your fuel consumption as the wheels will just spin, wasting energy!

By the time you're regularly triggering the ASC, you'll be wearing out the tyres so fast that fuel economy won't matter.

And if you're not regularly triggering the ASC, it doesn't make any difference.
