I'm wondering if it's possible to retrofit digital heating controls in to a mini with manual controls?

Basically, is it simple to take this out....

No.........you also need the complete climate control heater/air con assembly which is different and controlled by small servo motors rather than boudon cables/rotary knobs. It can be done but like retro-fittting air con it is quite a big job.
