Seen the kit on Ebay and I'm wondering what's involved in fitting it, and what gains do you get? Anyone fitted one?

pulley upgrade pound for pound best upgrade to start with if you look at alta's web site at the pulleys there is an install tab tells you how to. also here on mini2 you will find it
I surgest on a standard car go for a 15% pulley remember you will need a shorter sticker sc belt and up rate you spark plugs to
You will need pulley remover as well

Well worth it... both performance wise and makes the supercharger whine alot more pronounced... I think its a DIY job, although a garage did mine.

You will need patience, small hands, and maybe a tool to pull the pulley off (look on ebay)...
