So after my amp decided to die, and the warranty company finally decided to pay out for a new HK amp, the front passenger speaker (near the ground) has started playing up: crackles, then does not work, then crackles. It only happens on this speaker.

Is it safe to assume that this speaker is on the way out? if so, how much are we looking at for a new one?

Minisparesuk had 1 for £35 iirc , they fetch a fair price on ebay, around £50 a pop ...
