The time of talking about it is now over and the wait begins, today we ordered our 3rd Mini. We have ordered a Mini Cooper S Countryman Chilli, in 2WD and manual transmission.

The options are as follows:
Absolute black metallic/black roof
Pure Red cloth/leather interior
18" 5 star double spoke wheels
Chrome line interior
Anthracite roof lining
Piano black interior surface
Pure red colour line
Piano black cockpit surface
5 seat option
Sat nav (the only way we could get visual boost now)
Red striping over the bonnet, roof and hatch.

As you can see, the theme is red on black, this is to coordinate with the JCW as that is Chili red with black wheels and striping.

I just can't wait until it is here, although I will miss the MCS when we sell it.

Sounds good! Are you swapping the Mellow Yellow S, or are you gonna be a 3 MINI family? :D

I wish we could keep Buzzby (the mellow yellow S) as she is a bit special to us being our first Mini, but a 3 Mini family is a bit excessive. Unfortunately we will have to find a good home for Buzzby, just hope we find someone nice.

That's a shame, but I'm sure you'll find a good home for her. :D

When I bought my second MINI, an R53 Cooper S Works, I also continued to run my R50 MINI One for a while and revelled in the idea of a one person, two MINI household... but it didn't last, and my original MINI went to a new home shortly after. Stayed in the area for a while, so I enjoyed the whole "flash and wave" thing with the new owner for a bit, but it disappeared not long after... suppose it moved out of the area. Always sad to see your first MINI move on I guess!

Sure the JCW and Countryman will make up for it though. :)

I don't know, it worries me a bit. Tori and I used to go to the local Mini dealership and leave drool marks on all the cars, we both loved the looks of them and dreamed of owning one. For us Buzzby was that dream come true.

Unfortunately you can not keep cars forever and we are fortunate that we will still have two very nice Mini's. So yes it lessens the pain but seeing Buzzby go will still be a sad day.
