hello i have been looking to get some pink mirror caps for my girlfriends mcs r53 anyone know where i can get them

Speak to a local bodyshop, get the original ones (or a second set - off eBay for example) sprayed the desired colour.

Another option would be to get them vinyl wrapped?

ok can i just pop the ones out that i have in there and spray them and will it com out a mat or glossy finish

Wouldn't matter as they don't fit on a 1st Gen MINI.

You should be able to, as long as you do the necessary prep for spraying/wrapping. Finish will depend which type of paint/vinyl you opt for.
