This is a synopsis of my past month.

I purchased my car on June 2nd of this year.

Me: I bought a car and somethings wrong with it.
Carmax: We can't find anything wrong with it.
Me: I found what was wrong with it I need you to order this specific part.
Carmax: Well bring it in and we'll get the part for you and replace it same day.
<bringing in car>

Carmax: Okay so we'll give you a call at 11 and give you an update on your car

Me: Hi I dropped my car off this morning and I was told I'd be receiving a follow up call at 11 this morning and did not.
Carmax: Yeeeaaaaaa we'll have the part for you on Wednesday. (5 days from now)
Me: I was told the part would be ordered and replaced the same day.
Carmax: Yeeeaaaaano. You can leave your car here until Wednesday or you can pick it up and come back on Friday and we'll replace the part for you.
Me: Why couldn't you have just ordered the part when I told you what I needed?
Carmax: We didn't believe you.

My face nearly exploded.

infuriating! wow, i don't know what i would do, except make sure everyone out there hears what idiots they are so they lose business!
