I’ve bought a cd multi change off a well-known auction site. I’d like to retro fit this into my 2002 mini, but on talking to bmw they tell me that I have to buy a complete wiring harness at £172, as they don’t do one straight from the head unit to the multi changer. Does anybody know of a way around this? Is there a lead that just goes from the head unit to the changer (my car wasn’t factory fitted with this lead)? is there a independent out there that makes such a lead?
