I just bought a 2003 Mini Cooper S with 90000. Never owned a boosted car before so was wondering best ways to tell if the supercharger is getting close to need of replacement? Also any normal scheduled maintance that should be done to it? Thanks

Don't know if this will help or not, but I did a Google search and found it:

Superchargers are normally good for at least 100-120,000 miles although some may show signs of wear earlier and some will achieve much higher mileages than this.
