I have just ordered a Milltek manifold for my 2006 MCS. The only mods I have on the car are a Milltek cat back and JCW intake. Really like the quality and sound of the exhaust.

My question is:
Will the car be stupidly boy racer loud after the manifold is fitted? I'm assuming that as I don't have lots of performance mods, that the manifold will add more to the nice tone and burbles I currently get.

It's what I'm hoping anyway

I've got the same on mine, other mods include 15% pulley/Dave F hybrid air box,

I don't think it sounds boy racer loud, just quite purposeful :biggrin:

I'm a 53 year old grandad by the way :p, my 26 year old son doesn't think it's too loud either:wink:,

Do you know if it is difficult to fit? The garage doing it won't give me the hours required estimate until they get it on a ramp to see what the access is like for fitting
