Hello - new here. I have one of the 2011 MINI Cooper S "limited editions" with all the workings of a Connected system .. except with the Visual Boost.

I have searched high and low and cannot find an answer ... can someone please explain what the "MINI Assist" option on the main screen of the Visual Boost software is?

Is it only active when the car senses something is wrong? Cause right now it says "No services available"
