Hello All,

My passenger side front seat of my '03 Mini Cooper acted weird today. The seat is in its normal position, when a friend sat on the passenger side seat and laid back, it seem to recline about 2-3 inches. When he sits up it reclines back to its normal position. It appears that the seat isn't locked completely.

He's not that heavy so I didn't blame him for breaking it. But, how do I fix this?

Any ideas?

Haven't had a problem on mine, but a friend's R53 One had a similar issue. The seat just kept leaning back all the time.
