Hi
I have a code reader and wanted to read if the computer has logged any errors on my 2003 Cooper S. The trouble is I cannot find where the computer plug is to connect the reader.
I have looked under the dash on both the drivers and passangers side and looked around the firewall in the engine bay no luck.
If someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated

On my 2003 Cooper it is under the steering column. There is a little hindged plastic flap you need to pull down to see it.

Thanks found it but my code reader a U480 scanner does not work with the Mini just get the link error message.
My reader says that it reads ISO 9141 but no luck
