My orange illumination ring broke on the cigarette lighter, phoned Sytner Leicester who said has to be ordered i have to personally go in and pay first, did that, at 2pm, part arrived at 4pm, I tried to fit it in the car park, but couldn't get it to go in the hole, so asked the service desk who very kindly sent a technician who fitted it, whilst he did this i was offered a set in a very nice lounge area and offered a drink, 5 minutes later and the guy from service desk said its done, no charge.

There is a knack to getting it in, by flexing the ring in place, I didn't want to start pushing and pulling on plastic in case the new one broke.

Overall a great experience, when compared to other main dealers

That's a bit of a poor show! I've never been expected to pay upfront for a part... and something so small? I would've been offended! :o

Still, good to hear that you're happy with the experience - other than the above, you can't really argue with service like that. :)
