Its been 5yrs, any particular plug I should be looking for to switch onto my Mini Cooper (52reg)?

Hi ya
Unless you got mods fitted go or the standard plug, there is no need to change the grade, I normally use NGK.
I use Spark plugs UK - Champion, Denso, NGK spark plugs and Magnecor leads (http://www.spark-plugs.co.uk/)
Been very good for me, I don't go anywhere else fast delivery good price
