(rough or eco) When to change the oil? ( 20, 600, 100) Etc... Any help would be appreciated. As for running the car in, they usually cover that in the owners manual so I would take a look through that. It usually involves driving softly, keeping things below X,000 revs for the first X00 miles - Good luck with that in car that enjoys to have it's balls squeezing. :-D I'm not sure about MINI, but from experience of buying other new cars they gave an interim inspection after a certain period of time, to ensure nothings shaken loose and that all is running smoothly, perhaps speak to the dealer about it? Do change the oil out after 1500, 3000, and 6000 miles. It'll remove all the break in shavings. Make sure to use an approved synthetic oil. - Erik | ||
