hi, I'm currently looking to buy a cooper, i was hoping to get one in black but so far all the cars listed as black have been a very dark metallic charcoal/ blue colour and I'm really looking for jet black either flat gloss or metallic , 1 i was going to view this weekend is listed as astro black and it's over 150 miles away , does anyone know if this is the greyish black or not just it's a long way to go is it's not the right colour ( owner just keeps saying it's black metallic ) any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated

Astro Black is the "blueish" colour you refer to I'm afraid.

If you want "proper" black, you need to be looking for Black I, Black II, or Midnight Black (and Absolute Black for the Countryman). :)
