Hi all, i have a 07 cooper diesel with 75,000 miles on the clock, the clutch has just started to slip but only on the torque overboost under hard acceleration and it is used as a learner car so probobaly gets more abuse than normal, my question is does all the front of the car have to come off as i've seen with the older style mini to remove gearbox so the clutch can be changed? Can't find any information on the newer shaped cars

i imagine it will be the same for the later cars also..

i would seriously think about have the dmf changed at the same time..
