or what have people done to do this?

Never had any problems come MOT time or with the boys in blue :biggrin:

I think you can pick up a standard second hand set for around £30 so the price for these is probably a little high, but they were finished to a very good standard, much better job than I could do with a can of tinting spray so I didn't mind paying a little over the top.

The Black LED rear lights also look good:
