i had my 4th fuel pump fail today! cant seem to find any reason for it breaking down that often, sometimes it lasts a month, a week and even few days... any ideas?:confused:

PS. just had my alternator checked & battery replaced

I would go with bad/dirty fuel or moisture in the tank.

Although since you report electrical problems, I'd also check the voltage supply to the pump. Even small fluctuations in voltage (as little as 0.2V) can damage the pump.
