Hi, my 2005 Mini Cooper CVT transmission just went out. Car wouldn't move in Drive or Reverse. I'm not financially stable right now, but I can still come up $3,000 for the repair. I was hoping someone can share there information if they know any transmission/repair shop in LA, OC, or San Bernardino County that's within my price range. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently car-less at the moment.

It's not a transmission shop per se but check out Minicorsa in North Hollywood. Danny there specializes in Mini's almost exclusively and his prices are good, ~1/2 of what the dealer would charge. He may or may not be able to fix your cvt, but I'm sure if he couldn't he could recommend someone. Their website is minicorsa.com
